[Centos] centos 3 rpm compatibility

Hello.

I would like to know what kind of RPMs we can use for centos 3, appart of
the common centos 3 repository.
Can we for example take a RedHat 8.0 rpm and install it ?
Or can we for sure take an src.rpm and install it this way ?
