[Centos] Re: resolving urls

Dominic,

If you have two or more nameservers (as is normal),
you would have two or more lines in resolv.conf:

nameserver xxx.xxx.xxx.1
nameserver xxx.xxx.xxx.2

People usually have more than one nameserver because
one might not be working at any moment.
