[CentOS] ethernet interfaces swapped around

you can use netdevice=(eth*) and/or ksdevice=(eth*) in the kernel
command line when kickstarting.... you can also set the MAC in
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth* to whatever port you want...
