[CentOS] Whoops! PHP does not have MySQL support

Mike -

I believe I should have known that, but I did not.  Where/how should I 
have gotten that information?

For Interbase (Firebird) I have to create a interbase.so file (which I 
have done before), so I thought I would have to recompile PHP completely 
(which I have not done).
