[CentOS] associate .php file with php

Considering the responses I guess I never did run them
from the command line since I never changed my php
code in the past. All the scripts start off with
<?php
I suppose to keep my apache php scrips unchanged I can
just create a new file with what David listed below
and just include the apache php scripts.
