I hope he would. That is why I didn't say "comes from", which would mean
it was derived from qmail. It was not.

That is not what I said, as I'm sure you know, since you read it.

Care to compare Exim with S/Mail ? They are VERY different. Never
the less, S/Mail was the basis of Exim.
Just check pre-1.0 versions of both (Postfix and Exim) and you
will see what I mean.
