[CentOS] Planning Mail Server (with low resources)

I disagree on slower/older hardware I'd be more inclinded to use dovecot due 
to it's extreme indexing and caching of message parts, logins, etc. (which 
it all 100% tunable though it's simple conf file)

Side note: Really if your looking for a drop in solution that simple to 
setup, maintain, uses 100% virutal users, and has countless & simple ways to 
addon anti-virus,spam, etc. I highly recommend XMail as the SMTP server.
