$ perl -MPod::Usage -e '';
   => thus it is there (on my CentOS 4.2)

$ locate Usage.pm
/usr/lib/perl5/5.8.5/Pod/Usage.pm

$ rpm -qf /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.5/Pod/Usage.pm
perl-5.8.5-16.RHEL4.x86_64

Knowing your system can be helpful ;)
