[CentOS] Squid Start startup service after 5 or 10 min

Hello
          i recently upgrade 3.5 to 3.6 centos, the problem are squid 
for short time shutdown and up the service

1-review the cron and not execute task
2-review the logs and the service are up and the log show starting again

3-only happen when upgrade this(4 dec to today) , before not have this 
and monthly backup and shutdown the machines for 1 hour.

Other user have the same problem ? the point this are not logs, and not 
know for debug or something.

2.4.21-37.ELsmp    P4 2,8HT. 1GB Ram
