[Centos] GPG Sig Error with CUPS

Do you have the Centos GPG key installed? I recall having to do
a rpm --import RPM-GPG-KEY-CentOS-3

The file RPM-GPG-KEY-CentOS-3 is on the CDROM or on the mirrors in the 
top level centos directory.
