[Centos] RHEL 4 Update

I have switched many machines from RHEL to Centos simply by replacing the
redhat-release rpm with the centos-release rpm, installing the CentOS
supplied yum rpm and running yum update.  This has worked without issue on
RHEL3 boxen.  I've not ventured into 4 yet.
