Those who havent try centos 3.4 on production servers should really read
this before:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=143866
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=126679
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/beta/show_bug.cgi?id=141996

Beware of using laus/auditd with programs running from cron.
For example runnig fetchmail from crontab can cause kernel panic,
any user who can use cron is able to initiate system crash.

Problem is in auditd which was added in U4 and is turned ON default,
turn it OFF after install and you will get runnig systems.

I havent try it with new kernel.

Good luck.
