Hi, I have a new networking card for my laptop: Linksys USBVPN1. It's a USB networking with a build-in firewall. I have CentOS 4.1 with the latest yum update. When I plug it in, CentOS does not even recognize it. I have check, /var/log/messages and nothing in the dmesg. Layer 1 works, I do have proper link connection, the correct lights come up both on the switch and on the USBVPN1. Any suggestion on which modprobe 'what' to use to enable the discovery. -- Thanks http://www.911networks.com When the network has to work Cisco/Microsoft
