The real issue isn't re legal, but actually FOSS. Neither Sun Java nor
the Flash plugin are FOSS, and therefore not under consideration for
several distros. While RHEL does distribute some packages that aren't
FOSS, their distribution rights don't necessarily extend to the CentOS
project.
