In addition to the previously mentioned mirrors.kernel.org the following 
sites appear to have i386 complete:
http://centos.cs.ucr.edu
http://mirrors.versaweb.net
http://mirrors.jtlnet.com
http://ftp.osuosl.org/pub

and this one *appears* to be gone: http://mirror.ipaska.net/centos/
