I show that file:

http://apt.sw.be/redhat/el4/en/i386/dag/repodata/repomd.xml

as zero size when I download it with wget.

This mirror seems to work ok:

baseurl=http://dag.linux.iastate.edu/dag/redhat/el4/en/$basearch/dag
