[CentOS] About Centos on Alpha platform

The plan has been, since making it public, release it as U2
(centos-4.2). So that would be 'less than a month from now'.

I've compiled and released all the updates to beta-tree lon time now,
so anyone should be able to run quite up to date version even now.
As it's BETA, i've not made any more noise on centos-announce, but the
updates are there.

Things like

Linux a 2.6.9-17.EC #1 Wed Sep 7 02:11:21 EEST 2005 alpha alpha alpha GNU/Linux

Aren't on updates tree, but it has been behaving quite good, so next
images should have pretty much same kernel as other centos arches.

I do have few positive comments from people who have installed beta, so
we're making it release when we do have final list of CentOS-4.2 SRPMS.
