[CentOS] virtual interfaces

I don't know if this has been changed, but be aware that (at least
as of red hat 7.3) setting ONBOOT=no doesn't work for virtual interfaces,
at least if one of the virtual interfaces on that physical interface
is set to ONBOOT=yes.
Learned that one the hard way recently.
