Your question is labelled incorrectly and can cause
confusion to those who use searches against the
mailing list. rpmbuild is a command and i cannot see
any rpm you have built with an issue.

What you are talking about is "rpm verify" against
which you can use your favorite search engine or look
at rpm.org :-
