It's been stated a couple times on the list that there's no interest
in helping people rebuild the entire distribution from scratch. The
build scripts are published on the centos mirrors in
http://mirror.centos.org/centos/build/  beyond that, I'd say you're on
your own. Too much rebuilding dilutes the gene pool.
