[CentOS] 32 bit libs sat aside 64 bit libs

Hmm, yes, I seem to remember this being a problem. I think in this case, it
would be safe to download that specific rpm and 

  rpm -ivh --force fontconfig.foo.rpm

but JUST THIS ONCE! :-)

This should probably be a bug. I don't see anything in RHEL's bugzilla nor
in CentOS.
