Backuppc can back up all the machines on your network,
keeping multiple copies on line with a clever scheme of
compression and duplicate linking to keep much more
(like 10x) than you'd expect on-line.  It has a nice web
interface to browse and restore and a concept of
machine 'owners' so non-admin users can see only their
own backups.
