[CentOS] Resolved: i20/sata_si1 errors: USB CDROM At Fault

Removing the USB-based CDROM and installing a proper CDROM in the chassis
resolved this.

The USB signal/device was conflicting somehow with the normal sequence of
loading the proper drivers to configure filesystems.  BIOS adjustments
didn't work either, so there you have it.  Machine up.
