BTW here are my rpms

php-gd-4.3.9-3.12
php-pear-4.3.9-3.12
php-mysql-4.3.9-3.12
php-snmp-4.3.9-3.12
php-4.3.9-3.12
php-ldap-4.3.9-3.12
php-mbstring-4.3.9-3.12
httpd-2.0.52-22.ent.centos4
rrdtool-1.0.50-3.el4.rf
perl-rrdtool-1.0.50-3.el4.rf

My guess is you are missing perl-rrdtool rpm and thus should change back
your config.php and do a yum install perl-rrdtool
