[CentOS] Yum download only

Hi, using centos 4.2 I am trying to build a script to install Open
Exchange Open Source. I did a minimal install and now I want to
"download only" the programs needed as well a resolve-and-download the
dependencies needed, all into a directory so I can install later.

Using yum I cant find a "download only" option. Am I missing something?
