[CentOS] CentOS 4.3 Jigdo

The nice thing is that there are scripts available on the web (cgi/perl &
the like) which generate CD/DVDs from jigdo files on the fly, and they
support ranges. The CPU use is almost zippo, although more disk seeks are
likely required (the CD/DVD image is being put together from pieces).
This would possibly allow some/all? mirrors to drop the CD/DVD images and
either require people to download via jigdo, or provide the iso files via
cgi script. Still researching this though.
