[CentOS] NFS client monitor script?

I'm having a problem with a flaky NFS server, I'd like to monitor the 
mounts from a client. Before I roll up my sleeves and start re-writing this:

...to work standalone (non-big brother), has anyone seen a script 
already floating around out there?
