Both have pros and cons. Perdition does PO3, IMAP4, supports TLS and can proxy connections to different servers based on username. Horde IMAP proxy does only IMAP4, no TLS (you can emulate it using stunnel), however it can cache connections, making it very suitable for use with webmail applications (it will reduce load on the real IMAP server significantly, since connection between proxy and real IMAP server is preserved between page loads). -- See Ya' later, alligator! http://www.8-P.ca/
