Then new ISO's are spun at this point to shorten fresh install times, and to incorporate fixes or drivers into the install media. 4 updated to 4.3 is functionally equivalent to a fresh install of 4.3. -- MailScanner is like deodorant... You hope everybody uses it, and you notice quickly if they don't!!!!
