[CentOS] mysql-3.23.58-1.72.2.src.rpm missing for Centos 2.1 mirror

Just grab it from RedHat.  I normally only upload the SRPMS if there is 
a change from the RedHat versions.  I have not synced the SRPMS 
directory in a while so I will fix that up, by mysql is unchanged.
