[CentOS] kernel crash

Hi all,

I'm having a bit of a problem with a CentOS box. It ocasionally
crashes/freezes.  I configured to send all kernel logging to a
remote box so I've been able to catch one kernel crash:

I tried searching for the file that was reported to contain the bug,
but I found nothing:

Does anybody know what is going on? What can I do to debug this... ?
