If you want everything (and the kitchen sink!), RT is pretty good. And
it has the advantage that there's a repository available from where you
can install it with "yum install rt".

Disadvantage of RT: It's not easy to use and really needs some learning.
But I guess that that's the same with *all* Trouble Ticket systems.
