[CentOS] What happened to the RescueCD?

Yep, as Johnny already told you, the rescuecd doesn't exist ... but you
can just use the little boot.iso cd for what you're trying to do :
http://mirror.centos.org/centos-4/4.4/os/i386/images/boot.iso
