I have not used lilo in while, but you should be able to boot the rescue
CD and have it mount your partitions in /mnt/sysimage.

After you verify that the /boot and / are mounted there, you should be
able to do:

chroot /mnt/sysimage

and then just do this from inside the chroot:

lilo

then exit the chroot and reboot
