[CentOS] Reboot Issues

Hello Everyone,

I've got Centos 4.4 installed and fully updated on an ASUS M2NBP-VM CSM
Motherboard. When I issue a 'shutdown -r now' or an 'init 6' it goes
through the shutdown sequence and then after the final message "rebooting
system" it just sits there and has have it's reset switch manually pressed.
When I issue a 'shutdown -h now' or a 'halt -p' it shuts down and powers
down properly.

My bet is that it's an ACPI issue but I'm not sure where to start
troubleshooting it.

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance,

James
