[CentOS] Centos 5 where is rndc.conf and named.conf?

This may be worst than expected behaviour.  I really do not know enough 
about this, but don't you NEED the /etc files that are sym-linked the 
chroot files?  So what do you do to set them up?  I am going to TRY the 
default config method and see if it sets up the necessary files at 
least, forget content.  I am building a new server and will be copying 
ALL the files needed from the old chroot directories on the current server.

Oh and caching-nameserver's files for Centos 5 are quite different from 
those in Centos 4  :(
