[CentOS] php rpm centos4.4

Hi
i get dependenci error when i try to install the latest cacti and that is needed
php and there is my problem ...
i use the following link to install my rpms that yum can not find, am i in the
right direccionor am i wrong ...
i am using the following page:
http://img.cs.montana.edu/linux/centos/4.4/i386/dag/
