I have created a guest account on a linux machine, with a running (shared) vncsession. Nice for reviews with persons all over the world. Since you don't want to run a dedicated server, you could also run a shared vncserver on a Windows machine and allow access to others. (realvnc is free) Netmeeting is more user friendly I must say.
