[CentOS] DTLS for Centos?

I see DTLS being part of OpenSSL 0.9.8:  
http://crypto.stanford.edu/~nagendra/projects/dtls/dtls.html

Which is the version of OpenSSL in Centos 5.

But a yum [search|list] dtls comes up empty.

Is it 'in there'?
