Thanks for the reply. Did you have any problems getting PowerPath to
work, or did it work "right out of the box"?

I have PP working on CentOS-4.3_x86_64. But I am using iSCSI.  It's been
a very good solution for the task it was matched up with. The San is a
EMC box.

Not exactly what you have going but shows that PP does work on a more
current CentOS.
