Do you need any particular features of these servers?  If you are just 
looking for generic mail system plus webmail and are planning on giving 
it its own real or virtual machine, you might like the SME server 
distribution which is sort-of based on Centos but is pre-configured and 
has all administration done through a simple web interface:
