I went to http://dag.wieers.com/rpm/FAQ.php#B, copied the line for my
release and executed it.  Worked perfectly.  For CentOS 5.0 on x86_64,
that's:

rpm -Uhv http://apt.sw.be/packages/rpmforge-release/rpmforge-release-0.3.6-1.el5.rf.x86_64.rpm
