[CentOS] fonts on X and centos 4.4

Including the following line at the top and doing "chmod +x file.tcl"
allows the simpler invocation "./file.tcl":

Don't know, but another data point - on my system (CentOS-5/KDE the
slider maxes out at 23, not 50.
