If you have SRPMS you have a spec file.  After an install of
<package-name>.src.rpm or a failed build look in ~/rpmbuild/SPECS (or
possibly ~/rpmbuild/<package-name>) or if (against best advice) building
as root /usr/src/redhat/SPECS.
