[CentOS] error creating Centos 5.1 x32 dum_U instance on CentOS5.1x64

Well, take it over to CentOS-virt, attach the config of the guest and I'm sure someone will spot the problem.

Ok, so what do I do if I want to have a 64bit Host XEN & 32guest's? I'd 
prefer to use CentOS for this purpose, if possible
