Just as an FYI, there *seems* to be some small difference in the
specifications of the torrent files for the 1to6 and DVD. I shutdown and
rebooted the system, ran this command

   export SD=/media/BkUp_4_51/shared/CentOS/Current
   cd $SD
   rtorrent \
   -s $SD \
   -o key_layout=qwerty,peer_exchange=yes,dht=on \
    *.torrent

Since I'm seeding, download is not an issue. But the peer_exchange is
different in the two torrents. From the UI for 1to6

Transfer list Peer exchange: enabled active (8/8)

and for the DVD

Transfer list Peer exchange: enabled inactive (0/8)

This diference has been consistent. I don't know if it has a(n)
(in)direct effect on the download speeds. But since another person
mentioned slow download, I thought it might be a relevant data point.
