[CentOS] how do i have a clone centos server

The easiest way to make that happen is to use a product called DRBD

I say easy, but the initial setup will be fairly hard as you will need 
to link all the things you want to fail over into a partition that you 
can then MIRROR to another machine (if you use drbd).
