You want to look into /usr/share/backgrounds/images/ for "CentOS
wallpapers".  If you have updated and lost them, you can get them
from:

http://mirror.centos.org/centos/5.2/os/i386/CentOS/desktop-backgrounds-basic-2.0-40.el5.centos.noarch.rpm
