[CentOS] Trouble with 5.2==>5.3 upgrade

Wouldn't surprise me. But I've tried this probably 10 times in the last
2-3 hours, would I always be that unlucky?

And if so, how would I avoid that mirror?

No proxies here. possibly someone "upstream" from here has one...
