[CentOS] Controlling log file sizes

My fetchmail and procmail log files are getting rather large, and there's really no reason to keep entries for ever. How do others handle this? I know I could manually delete the older stuff then re-save the file, but it doesn't seem a good method. Anne -- New to KDE4? - get help from http://userbase.kde.org Just found a cool new feature?
